Business Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in opening a business account with NWFCU. We appreciate your membership and look forward to serving you with Our Solutions for Your Business.
In order to establish your business membership, you will need to provide the following documentation based on the type of business you own (Corporation, Limited Liability Company, LLC, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship). When you are ready to open your account, please bring these items with you to open your account in-person at any one of our branch offices.

Your Business membership will then be established with the opening of a Business Savings account with a $5.00 minimum deposit. Your business will be able to enjoy checking, savings and business loan services with great rates, low costs and fast approvals and . . . NWFCU’s exceptional service!

For Corporations please provide:

Tax Identification Number
Social Security Number ( for each officer and authorized signer)
Valid Picture Identification for ALL signers (Drivers License, Passport)
Articles of Incorporation (Certified copy)
Corporate Resolution (Completed and signed by the Corporate Secretary)
Trade Name Registration (DBAs only)
Business License (required)
Meeting minutes

For a Limited Liability Company (LLC) please provide:

Tax Identification Number
Social Security Number ( for each manager and authorized signer)
Valid Picture Identification for ALL signers (Drivers License, Passport)
Articles of Organization or Operating Agreement (Certified copy)
Corporate Resolution (Completed and signed by managers and authorized signers)
Trade Name Registration (DBAs only)
Business License (required)
Meeting minutes

For Partnerships please provide:

Tax Identification Number
Social Security Number ( for each officer and authorized signer)
Valid Picture Identification for ALL signers (Drivers License, Passport)
Articles of Partnership Agreement (Certified copy)
Corporate Resolution (Completed and signed by the Corporate Secretary)
Trade Name Registration (DBAs only)
Business License (required)

For Sole Proprietorships please provide:

Social Security Number ( for each the sole proprietor (owner) and any co-owner or Tax Identification Number (EIN) for the business , if applicable)
Valid Picture Identification for ALL signers (Drivers License, Passport)

Trade Name Registration (DBAs only)
