Shared Branches

Our shared branch network allows members to conduct most account transactions at 4,000+ locations nationwide, including credit union branches and CU Family Service Centers.

How do Shared Branches Work?
Your membership and accounts remain at NWFCU, but you can access them through whatever Shared Branch is most convenient for you.

Through the Shared Branch Network members can*:

How do I enroll in Shared Branches?
To use a branch within the Shared Branch Network, your main account number (and sub account numbers, if applicable) must be included in the shared branch database.

You can do this by:

  1. Enrolling your account(s) in NWLink Internet Banking. (Current NWLink members are automatically added to the shared branch database and can begin using shared branches immediately.)
  2. Contacting our Call Center at 703-709-8901 (toll-free 1-866-709-8901).
