How often will I receive an e-LERT?
e-LERTs are sent every time your "Tell Me When" event occurs. Events can occur daily, weekly or monthly, it's up to what you request. And if at any time you decide that you want more or less mail, you simply change your preferences.
How much does NWFCU's e-LERT service cost?
There is no charge for NWFCU's e-LERT service.
What if my Internet browser is not one of the versions needed to access my account information?
You will need to upgrade your browser for free from Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorers website.
How do I view my e-LERTs?
You'll be notified of any new e-LERTs through an email we send to the address you supplied when you enrolled in e-LERTs. To view your e-LERT message, simply click on the link in the email notification you receive.
What kind of computer equipment and software program is needed to use e-LERTs?
You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to access your e-LERTs, just a computer, a modem, Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
Can I have my e-LERT email notification sent to two different email addresses?
At this time, we can only send your e-LERT notification to one email address.
