What are eStatements?
An eStatement is an electronic version of your paper financial statement that you can view online at anytime, from any Internet connection. With NWFCU's free eStatements you can receive your:

There is no charge for NWFCU's eStatement program.

Is my eStatement account information protected from others viewing it?
Your information is protected with the latest security features and requires a personal password to access the information. Our eStatements system uses 128-bit encryption security to ensure that your private information stays private.

What kind of computer equipment and software program are needed to use eStatements? 
You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to access your eStatements, just a computer, a modem, Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128 bit encryption. 

How do I view my monthly eStatement?
Within the first 48 hours of each month, you'll receive a notification through email entitled, “Your NWFCU Statement and Newsletter.” To view your monthly eStatement, simply double-click on the link within this email. The provided link will bring you to our secure login page.  

You can also access your eStatements at anytime by visiting our homepage at www.nwfcu.org and double clicking on the “Pick Up eStatement” on our homepage.

What if I accidentally delete my email notification that my statements are ready? Can I still view them?
If you should delete the eStatement email notification, you can access your eStatements at anytime by visiting our homepage at www.nwfcu.org and double clicking on the “Pick Up eStatement” on our homepage.

What if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically? How do I stop receiving eStatements?
If you want to switch back to the paper version of your statements for any reason, simply use one of the following contact methods:

If I'm enrolled in eStatements, can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You may request a paper copy of your statement from an NWFCU branch at any time, free of charge.

How do I change my eStatements password if I forget it or if I think it has been compromised?
To have your password reset, simply contact our Call Center at 703-709-8901 (toll-free 1-866-709-8901), Mon.–Fri., from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Sat. from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm ET.  

How do I notify NWFCU of my new email address?
It's important to notify NWFCU of your new contact information. This includes both your mailing address, as well as your email address.

To update your email and/or mailing address, simply:

When will my eStatement be available?
Your monthly eStatement will be available within the first 48 hours of each month. 

How long will my eStatements remain online?
We will store the last 12 months of your account statements online.

Can my eStatement information be exported to other programs?
NWFCU eStatements can be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or another text program.

Why didn't I receive my eStatement notification this month?
There are several possible reasons why your eStatement notification did not arrive in your email inbox:

If you don't receive your monthly eStatement notification, contact our Call Center at 703-709-8901 (toll-free 1-866-709-8901), Mon.–Fri., from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Sat. from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm ET or email callcenter@nwfcu.org to verify your email address. In the meantime, you can still retrieve your eStatement by clicking on the “Pick-up eStatement” link on our homepage.
 
I am an NWLink Internet Banking user, but do not current receive eStatements, how do I enroll?
Enrolling in eStatements is easy and free, simply:

I registered for eStatements a couple of days ago, but I receive an error message when I try to sign-in, why?
Your eStatement account will not be active until the first day of the month following your enrollment date into NWFCU's eStatement program. If you attempt to login prior to the first day of the following month, you will receive an error message.
