Enrolling in NWLink Internet Banking is fast and easy, simply:
To enroll in NWLink Internet Banking you'll need your Share Savings account number as well as your email address.
How do I access NWLink Internet Banking once I'm enrolled?
To login to your NWLink Internet Banking account, simply visit our homepage at www.nwfcu.org and click on the “NWLink Internet Banking” icon at the top of the page. From there you'll be asked to enter your NWFCU Share Savings account number and password.
What kind of computer equipment and software do I need?
You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to access NWLink Internet Banking, just a computer, a modem, Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128 bit encryption.
What is 128-bit encryption?
Encryption is a process used to scramble information that is passed between two points so that it's not readable to others. 128-bit encryption is the most secure encryption currently available for use on the Internet. "128" refers to the length of the encryption key used to scramble the data.
Is NWLink a safe and secure site for online account access?
Yes! When using NWLink Internet Banking, you are using a secure website to access your financial accounts. To ensure that accessing your account via the Internet is safe and secure, NWFCU is constantly implementing new state-of-the-art security standards.
Can I transfer funds from my NWFCU accounts to other financial institutions?
NWFCU does not currently support transfers between your NWFCU accounts to other financial institutions. However, you can perform this type of transfer through the NWLink Bill Payer function, by setting up the other financial institution as a payee or by using our Automated Clearing House electronic funds transfer system.
Can I pay my bills through NWLink Internet Banking?
Yes, you can pay bills directly with NWLink Internet Banking with Bill Payer! Simply follow the directions within the “Pay Bills” tab on the upper level tool bar of NWLink Internet Banking.
Are there any restrictions on when I can use NWLink Internet Banking?
NWLink Internet Banking will normally be available 24/7/365. However, in order to process Bill Payer transactions, NWLink Internet Banking will be unavailable each business day between the hours of 4:00am to 5:00am ET.
When will my NWLink Internet Banking transactions be posted to my account?
As a security feature, NWFCU updates account transactions four times daily, Monday-Friday.
What if I forget my login password?
To have your password reset, simply contact our Call Center at 703-709-8901 (toll-free 1-866-709-8901), Mon.–Fri., from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Sat. from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm ET or visit one of our branches.
Once your password is reset, you will be able to use your new password after our next system update; system updates are performed four times daily, Monday-Friday.
Is my password case sensitive?
Yes. Your NWLink Internet Banking password is case sensitive and must be between eight and 10 characters in length (alpha and/or numeric).
How do I change my password?
If you are a first time user of NWLink Internet Banking, you will be prompted to enroll using your Share Savings account number.
Once you enroll, should you want to change your password at any time, simply select "Personal Profile" from the left-hand tool bar within NWLink Internet Banking and then click on "Change Password".
What should I do if I receive an unusual error while using NWLink?
If you receive constant or unusual errors, please send a secure eMessage by using the "Contact Us" button located on the upper or lower tool bars within NWLink. It would be helpful if you provide the following information:

How do I request a stop payment on a personal check through NWLink Internet Banking?
Login to your NWLink Internet Banking account and from the Accounts homepage, simply:

In Bill Payer, why do the "Number of Business Days to Delivery" vary by vendor?
Each vendor decides how they want to receive payments. Those accepting electronic payments will have a lower business day delivery number listed. The higher numbers (6 and over) accept paper checks and it can take up to the number of days listed for the payment to arrive.
