NWFCU offers a variety of products and services to let you bank on your terms – how and when it's most convenient for you! Whether close to your neighborhood branch or half way across the world, you're never out of touch with your finances.
Here are the many ways in which you can access your accounts:
- Online – With NWLink Internet Banking & Bill Payer, you can keep tabs on balances, transfer funds, make loan payments and more. It's safe, secure and – most importantly – free!
- In Person – In addition to our staffed branches across Northern Virginia, we're part of a national shared branch network which allows you to conduct most types of transactions at over 4,000+ service centers, including many partner Credit Unions.
- Mobile Phone – Learn the latest rates or the location/ ATM nearest you from any web-enabled phone at http://go.nwfcu.org. If you use NWLink, you can manage your accounts mobily, too. And members with an NWFCU checking account can pay bills from their smart phone, PDA or other hand held device. (Airtime and carrier charges may apply.)
- By Phone – Use NorthwestXpress, our 24-hour automated teller, to make account inquires, transfers, payments, or report lost cards anytime, anywhere there's a touchtone phone. Need live assistance? Our friendly Call Center representatives are available six days a week with TTY service, too.
- Via ATMs – Use any NWFCU ATM completely free of charge; make free deposits, withdrawals and more at 33,000+ Alliance One or CO-OP Network ATMs nationwide; and get quick cash in the U.S. and abroad at Star and Cirrus ATMs. And remember, there's never a fee when you ask for “cash back” during your grocery store or other participating merchant transaction when you use your NWFCU Debit MasterCard.
- By Mail – Making payments or deposits is easy with our bank-by-mail kit. You provide the stamp; we give you mailing labels, vouchers and the same service you've come to depend upon in person!
