eStatements
Our electronic statement service, eStatements, drastically reduces the number of people who handle your monthly account information and puts you in control of this important financial document. There is zero risk of postal mail theft, delays or diversions and the service is available free of charge.
With eStatements, your paper, mailed statement is replaced with an electronic version which you access through a password-protected login on our secure site then view, print, download or save as you wish. It contains the same information as your paper statement and is available within 48 hours after the first of each month.
Your statement is never emailed to you. Instead, you'll be notified via email when your eStatement has been posted to our secure server for pick up. Your email notification will contain links to our monthly newsletter highlights and current rates, so you won’t miss out on news, promotions and special events.
We even store 12 months of past statements for you, so you can log in as often as you like to reference your account activity. And paper copies of your statements will be issued upon request at anytime from any NWFCU branch for no charge.
