For our high school and college-age members, we offer a variety of specialized products and services designed to meet your unique needs.

In addition to our exclusive youth checking and savings products, we also offer helpful information and guidance on money management, access to lower-cost student loans as well as a scholarship program.

Checking and Savings

First Rewards – For members age 13-17, this special savings account offers higher dividends on the first $500 saved and a $25 bonus once the savings balance reaches $500.
First Checking – For members age 15-22, this free checking account gives you access to 25,000+ free CO-OP and Alliance One ATMs, plus no minimum balance requirements or monthly maintenance fees.
Youth Add-on Certificate – 1-year term, a low $100 minimum and the ability to deposit additional funds to the Certificate throughout the term

College Funding

CU Student Choice – A certified loan program that offers you better, lower-cost college financing options.
Ben DeFelice Scholarship – A scholarship sponsored by the NWFCU Foundation to reward students who exemplify qualities of leadership, dedication and commitment in school, at home and in the community.

FirstCard Visa Platinum – For members age 15-22, this no annual fee card offers a low fixed rate and built in financial education.
Auto Loans – Our low rate auto loans and leases give you the funds you need to purchase your first car.
