Wire Service – Foreign

Our convenient foreign wire service allows you to transfer your money safely and quickly from your NWFCU account to other financial institutions.

To make a wire transfer, you must sign and return a Funds Transfer Agreement to NWFCU and set up a wire transfer password. The account password will be used to verify your identity and help protect your account from fraud.

Print and complete the Funds Transfer Agreement and Password Forms and return them to NWFCU:

Note: You will be charged a $25 fee per outgoing wire for wires sent in US dollars and a $35 fee for those sent in foreign currency. NWFCU is not responsible for a misdirected transfer of funds that occurs as a result of erroneous information provided by you at the time of the transfer. Fee current as of 1/1/2011 and subject to change.

Foreign wire transfers can take up to five business days to reach the recipients account. If an intermediary foreign institution must be used to get the funds to the final institution, additional fees may apply. These additional fees will be deducted from the funds sent.
