1. Download our FREE Mobile Banking app at the App StoreSM or Google® Play Store. Search "Northwest Federal" to find it fast. Or, snap a QR code below.2. Enter your Online Banking username and password on the Login Screen to sign in. Not yet registered for Online Banking? Register for Online Banking today to benefit from Mobile Banking.3. Check your email to retrieve your one-time PIN needed to access Mobile Banking for the first time. Your mobile device will show you the email address to which the PIN was sent. If this is not a valid email address, contact the Call Center to update your email address and to reset your one-time PIN. You can also update your email address on your Personal Profile page within Online Banking.4. Follow the instructions on your mobile device to enter the one-time PIN you received via email. You will not need to use this PIN for future logins.
