First, you'll need to gather the information for your existing automated payments and direct deposits you want to switch to your Northwest Federal account.
- Log in - to ClickSWITCH®*
- Set up - your user name and password
- Choose - "Create a Deposit" and begin adding your direct deposit information
- Switch - click "Create a Switch" to begin adding your payment accounts and submit
- Close - once the switch process is complete, you can even initiate the closure of your checking account at the other financial institution
