  • What’s important to you
  • Help us become your Financial Partner for Life – it's important to us to be your trusted resource and assist you in making educated financial decisions for every stage of your life.

Thank you for your continued support.

*The focus group sessions you will be participating in are being conducted to aid Northwest Federal Credit Union in serving its members. As part of this process, the sessions will be video-recorded to enable researchers assisting the Credit Union to recall in detail the conversations that take place during the sessions. Additionally, the sessions will be viewable live by select employees of the Northwest Federal Credit Union, also for research and feedback purposes.

At no time will a video broadcast of these sessions, or any video recording of the session, be shared with any party outside of researchers from the Social Studies Group of Clarksville, MD, or select employees of Northwest Federal Credit Union.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
