In this role, he will oversee Northwest’s retail and brand strategy, aligning branch operations and community engagement.

Nodianos has been instrumental in strengthening coordination across business lines to support sustainable growth and long-term value for members. Known for his collaborative, results-driven leadership, he has helped champion initiatives that deepen member relationships and reinforce our people-centered culture.
