Recent Enhancements

Quick Bill Pay 

Pay your bills faster through the new Quick Bill Pay feature in online and mobile banking. Once you set up your payees, you’ll be able to save time by scheduling payments in fewer steps.

  • Mobile Banking: Once you select your payment account, you’ll see a “Pay” icon, which will allow you to select a payee, payment amount, and date.
  • Online Banking: From the home screen, you’ll see a “Quick Bill Pay” section where you can choose your payee, payment account, amount, and date for payment.

You may choose to access the full Bill Pay dashboard on either platform to add/edit payees, search activity, and set up payments, including ones that require a rush fee.

 

Certificate Maturity Enhancement

Managing your non-IRA certificates is now simpler through online banking. This new feature gives you the ability to set your own maturity instructions for certificates directly online.

Here are the available options:

  1. Renewal: Automatically renew the certificate for the same term upon maturity.
  2. Transfer to a Northwest deposit account: Transfer the matured funds to another Northwest deposit account instead of renewing the certificate.

This update provides you with greater control and flexibility for managing certificates.
