Overview
The Operations Specialist provides support to the Wealth/Financial Advisors and their support staff of Client Service Associates/Assistants. In general the Operations Specialist supports the advisors and their staff by performing administrative tasks that are not client facing. They ensure that all Northwest Capital Management (NWCM) and LPL Financial operations are documented and all regulatory requirements are met. They also ensure the readiness for regulatory exams and audits.

The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and compliant servicing of mortgage loans, in alignment with regulatory requirements established by the CFPB, RESPA, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), investors, and other governing bodies. This role encompasses a range of key servicing functions, Support mortgage servicing by finalizing new loan paperwork, organizing documents for review, managing insurance payments, assisting with property damage claims, and reporting on homes affected by natural disasters.
Additionally, the specialist is expected to perform essential servicing duties such as processing loan payoffs and releases, applying payments, and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external members. Attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to service excellence are critical to success in this role.
Overview
The Collections Team oversee's the critical and time-sensitive effort of settling delinquent loans or negative accounts while helping the credit union mitigate financial losses. In the role as a Collections Specialist, team members recover past due payments on auto loans, credit cards, signature loans, lines of credit and negative savings accounts. This role also includes the ability to be able to negotiate with members as well as work to find alternative payment solutions in order to keep delinquency low in order to mitigate loss.

The Consumer Lending Underwriter is responsible for evaluating and underwriting consumer loan applications in accordance with NWFCU’s established lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on making timely, accurate, and well-structured lending decisions by analyzing creditworthiness, verifying documentation, identifying risk, and supporting portfolio quality.
