Overview

The Member Service Representatives facilitate member service transactions and support services to positively impact member experience, sales and service expectations. A key component of this service to external members is to ensure each employee identifies members’ financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions.

This position involves travel between branch locations and our Herndon, VA headquarters and requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.

Overview

The Collections Team oversees the critical and time-sensitive effort of settling delinquent loans or negative accounts while helping the credit union mitigate financial losses. In the role as a Collections Specialist, team members recover past due payments on auto loans, credit cards, signature loans, lines of credit and negative savings accounts. This role also includes the ability to be able to negotiate with members as well as work to find alternative payment solutions in order to keep delinquency low in order to mitigate loss.
